The customization process involves selecting the desired hair type (such as human or synthetic), texture (straight, wavy, curly), length, color, and density.
Processing time is usually 7-10 business days depending on your place in order queue. Manufactured and custom systems usually take 2-3 weeks.
To measure your head for a wig, you'll need a soft measuring tape and a mirror to ensure accurate measurements. Here is a summary of the key steps:
1. Circumference: Measure around the head's hairline, starting at the center of the forehead. Wrap the tape around the base of the skull, just above the ears, and back to the starting point.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from the center of the forehead (hairline) over the top of the head, down to the nape of the neck.
3. Ear to Ear Across Forehead: Measure from the top of one ear across the forehead to the top of the other ear.
4. Ear to Ear Over Top of Head: Measure from the top of one ear, over the crown, to the top of the other ear.
5. Temple to Temple Around the Back: Measure from one temple, around the back of the head, to the opposite temple.
6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of the neck's nape area, from one end to the other.
These measurements help ensure that the custom wig fits securely and comfortably, providing a natural look. It’s important to take each measurement precisely and note them down for a perfect custom fit.
